In order to solve the break problem of the helmet, auto parts, suitcase or battery shell... and to reduce the cost of using the high rafted rubber granule, my company invents the ABS impact modifier applied to solve the problem above. Such as,  for most of ABS granule manufacturers, they can not bear the high cost to maintain high quality, so in order to bridge this gap, the ABS impact modifier should be used. Although our ABS impact modifier is a kind of TPE, easy to melt and mix, but the processing tempt would be better over 160℃，thus it can be suitably mixed with your abs material. Finally is the most important one, the mixing with the material. In order to make the impact modifier have functions on each parts of the plastic and all parts get its impact strength improved. It should take much attention when doing the mixing work.
