Shenzhen Xinchanglong New Materials Research Institute Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") developed a variety of high-performance plastic modification additives such as tougheners, melt index regulators, deodorants and compatibilizers. The market has been widely used, and is widely used in PP, PE, ABS, PS and PC and other fields.
In order to meet the needs of future development and to apply the above-mentioned own technologies to recycled plastic particles, the company has reached a strategic investment cooperation with Loudi Qiangda Renewable Resources Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Qianda"), and plans to increase capital and shares in Qiangda. The Houxin Changlong Research Institute holds a 60% stake in Qiangda.
The "Loudi Qiangda Renewable Resources Co., Ltd. annual output of 12,500 tons of renewable resource pellet products project" has been approved by Loudi Ecological Environmental Protection Bureau in 2021. This cooperation spans from the modification of recycled PE to the modification of recycled PP, which symbolizes the beginning of the company's expansion of the strategic layout in the field of recycled plastics, and is also an extension of the plastic modification industry chain. In the future, the company will continue to expand new business, and welcome more renewable resource enterprises to contact us to achieve win-win cooperation.
